Need that accountability but don't want the costs of hiring a trainer full time? Not a problem. I will develop a workout plan, and healthy meal plan for you.

This is a 4 week program. Every 2 weeks we will review our program and make changes where needed.

There will be full contact with myself throughout these 4 weeks. Any questions you have I'll answer at anytime.

Workouts will be developed on equipment you have available. No gym memberships needed.
