KPP is based on the simple Gray Cook philosophy “move better, before you move more”. Having been in the Army and serving as a paratrooper, I saw firsthand what repetitive bad movement do to even healthy individuals.
My main goal is to improve human performance first. Squat, hinge, push, pull, press, running and jumping are all things we should be efficient at. We will improve it all, while bringing you to your goal.
At KPP we want people to feel at home right as they walk through our doors. I always hated training at big gyms and how impersonal they feel. From the music to the layout of the facility, it's catered to you, the client.
